Join us as a Mission Solutions Architect

At NestAI, we solve complex problems for the public sector and EU institutions. We are looking for a Mission Solutions Architect to join our Business Development (BD) Team.

This role serves as the "Technical Bridge" between high-level client dialogues and our engineering labs. You are the architect of the evidence required to win institutional trust in high-stakes environments, focusing on creating functional proof-points and technical demos that translate abstract mission needs into undeniable product reality.

You are instrumental in shaping our technical offering at the speed the mission landscape is changing. While you possess the strategic and analytical skillset of a Product Manager, your mission is distinct: you are not managing a static product lifecycle, but engineering the win in a rapidly evolving threat landscape. Your success is measured by the "Technical Win", out-maneuvering the competition through technical superiority and ensuring our proposals are indisputable.

What you'll work on

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• The Technical Win: You own the technical outcome of the sales cycle. You are responsible for generating the hard evidence required to back up sales narratives, testing NestAI offerings against real-world mission requirements to prove we can deliver where others can't.

• Rapid AI-Native Prototyping: Leverage LLMs and modern automation to operate at extreme velocity. You turn a brief into a functional prototype, a technical proposal, or a structured proof-point by the next morning, bridging the gap between "vision" and "reality" instantly.

• Field-Driven Product Strategy: You synthesize complex customer requirements from the field and translate them into actionable insights for the product team. You ensure our technical offering is shaped by the real-time operational demands of the mission, keeping our capabilities ahead of the curve.

• Showcase Orchestration: You identify the specific "Wow" moments required for each mission set. While product teams handle core builds, you drive and coordinate the creation of high-impact, customer-ready demo assets that close deals.

• Technical Architect: You have experience from high-performance technical environments (Engineering, Pre-sales, or Tech Consulting).

• Outcome-Oriented: You care deeply about the technical truth. You use whatever tools necessary, APIs, Python, LLM orchestration, to show how to solve the customer's hardest problems and win the mission.

• High Velocity: You prefer a "good enough" prototype delivered today over a perfect one next month, operating with the speed required to stay ahead in a high-stakes BD environment.

Good to know

This role requires a security clearance, which is standard for defence industry positions in Finland. The process is handled by the relevant authority and typically takes two to three months. You can start working at NestAI before the clearance is finalised. We are happy to answer any questions about the process during the recruitment.
