Wir entwickeln individuelle Softwareprodukte und Komponenten zur Integration in bestehende Systeme – individuell und spezifisch für einzelne Branchen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im Bereich Telematikinfrastruktur (TI)
• Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
• Durchführung von Fernwartungen und Abstimmung mit Arztpraxen sowie Dienstleistern
• Koordination von Praxisumzügen, Standortwechseln und Neueröffnungen
• Dokumentation von Tickets und Lösungen im Ticketsystem

Deine Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Service Desk
• Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Netzwerken und Remote-Support
• Strukturierte, serviceorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

• Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Telematikinfrastruktur (TI), KIM, ePA oder eRezept
• Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder Praxisumfeld wünschenswert
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
