With a spirit of innovation, entrepreneurial vision, and a firm belief in their abilities, Walter Pepperl and Ludwig Fuchs laid the foundation for today's Pepperl+Fuchs Group in 1945 with a small radio workshop in Mannheim. These values remain the cornerstone of our actions and success to this day.

What drives us? The ambition to always stay one step ahead, transforming visionary ideas into reality and actively shaping the future of automation. Today, the Pepperl+Fuchs Group operates in more than 80 countries and ranks among the world's leading companies in industrial sensor technology and explosion protection. Recognized as one of Germany's top 10 most significant medium-sized enterprises, our products and solutions serve a broad range of industries. Whether in renewable energy, the automotive sector, mechanical and plant engineering, the electronics industry, or process industries such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals—our innovations are at work everywhere.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking motivated talents whose skills and perspectives will enrich our teams and expand our horizons. Apprentices and dual students are equally welcome to join us in continuing the success story of Pepperl+Fuchs.
