Your Responsibilities

• Du betreust produktionssteuerungsseitig den Anlagenverbund SGA4 und WBW4
• Du erstellst Aggregateprogramme für die beiden Anlagen unter Beachtung von Direkteinsatzsteigerung, Terminen, Priorisierungen, Anlagenrestriktionen, etc.
• Du greifst aktiv und kurzfristig in die Fertigungsfolgen bei Planabweichungen ein und stellst eine Synchronität von Gieß- und Walzprozess her
• Du kontrollierst und überwachst eigenständig die termingetreue Programmerstellung für das genannte Aggregat
• Du steuerst den Materialfluss unter Berücksichtigung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten, der Aggregateversorgung und unter Berücksichtigung der Einhaltung der Fertigungstermine
• Du identifizierst Handlungsbedarfe und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Lieferengpässen ein
• Du unterstützt, insbesondere im Hochlauf des Anlagenverbunds durch dein proaktives Feedback die Prozess- und Systemverbesserung

Your Profile

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
• Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Produktionssteuerung, Stahlerzeugung, Stranggießen oder Warmwalzen
• Versierter Umgang mit Web-Anwendungen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
• Bereitschaft in einem Wechselschichtturnus zu arbeiten
