To ensure every product team in our organization can autonomously develop and integrate AI features, we are launching a specialized new team. As a founding member of this team, you will act as a pivotal ML/AI expert, elevating our company-wide AI capabilities and driving organizational transformation from the ground up.

■ Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background, you will lead or collaborate on:

• AI Development & Empowerment: Act as an AI/ML expert to support and accompany various product teams, enabling them to autonomously develop AI features.
• End-to-End Implementation: Drive the entire lifecycle—from value validation experiments to backend implementation, model deployment, and AI agent development.
• System & Framework Design: Build the core foundation for our AI ecosystem, including LLMOps, evaluation metrics, and the standardization of AI development across the company.

■ Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in developing and releasing AI/ML solutions in large-scale production systems, taking projects from experimentation to model deployment.
• 3+ years of experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn), web applications/APIs development, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• A product-driven team player who thrives in ambiguity, proactively defining questions and involving cross-functional stakeholders to turn technology into tangible user value.

■ 主な業務内容

ご経験に応じて、以下の業務を連携して推進いただきます。

・全社的なAI開発の推進と支援：AI/MLの専門家として複数のプロダクトチームに伴走し、各チームが自律的にAI機能を開発できる状態へと導く。

・エンドツーエンドの実装：AI技術を活用した価値検証の実験から、バックエンドへの実装、AIエージェントの開発、モデルデプロイメントまでを一気通貫で実行。

・仕組みと基盤の構築：AI開発の標準化、LLMOpsの導入、評価指標の整備など、全社でAIを活用するための基盤と連携体制をゼロから構築。

■ 求める人物像

・大規模な本番システムにおけるAI/MLソリューションの開発およびリリース経験（実験からバックエンド実装・モデルデプロイまで）をお持ちの方。

・機械学習フレームワーク（PyTorch等）やWebアプリケーション/APIの開発、ならびにクラウド（AWS/GCP/Azure等）の利用経験がある方（目安3年以上）。

・プロダクトとその先にいるユーザーを起点に考え、曖昧な状況下でも自ら問いを立て、チームの枠を超えて関係者を巻き込みながら事業価値を生み出せる方。
