MLOps engineer

MLOps engineer Build reliable ML systems from the ground up: automate AWS infrastructure, deploy models at scale, and shape modern MLOps alongside a collaborative global team. Aplicar Job Description We are looking for a MLOps w/ DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud automation and deployment pipelines, primarily on AWS. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, efficient infrastructure solutions to data pipelines, inference, observability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving operational processes, and contributing to reliable, scalable systems. It requires knowledge to design a system from scratch in an emerging data solution. Responsibilities ● Design and maintain SageMaker workloads for building, testing, and deploying models in cloud environments. ● Automate infrastructure provisioning using gitops and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent). ● Monitor and maintain production, pre-production environments, ensuring high availability and performance. ● Follow up on production alerts and help resolve them on time. ● Document configurations, infrastructure components, and troubleshooting steps using Confluence. ● Support cloud infrastructure alongside the DevOps team. ● Support the infrastructure needs of globally distributed Data teams across time zones. ● Participate in daily standups with the DevOps team, helping organize tasks and priorities. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or similar (or equivalent experience). ● 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related fields. ● 2 years of experience in MLOps or related fields. ● Strong hands-on experience in Linux system administration. ● Solid understanding of Kubernetes and Docker and experience using Docker Compose. ● Experience with AWS and hybrid (cloud + on-prem) infrastructures. ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). ● Strong scripting skills with Python and/or Shell. ● Experience using IaC tools. ● Good communication skills in English (spoken and written), including reporting and documentation to stakeholders. Nice to have ● Experience implementing GitOps workflows (e.g., using ArgoCD). ● Certifications in AWS or Kubernetes. ● Knowledge of Kafka ● Knowledge of ClickHouse. ● Knowledge of PostreSQL ● Knowledge of MlOps ● Familiarity with virtualization technologies and networking.
