- Docker/Kubernetesをはじめとしたクラウドネイティブな基盤に関わる開発・運用経験

- 商用環境または業務システムにおいて、MLOps基盤を設計・開発・運用した経験

- 本番運用を前提としたシステム運用設計（監視、アラート等）の経験

■歓迎スキル

- dbt、Snowflake等を用いたデータ基盤・分析基盤の設計・開発・運用経験

- LLMOps、プロンプト管理、AIガバナンス等に関する経験

■ Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in developing ML pipelines, infrastructure tools, and batch processing using Python.

- 5+ years of recent development and operational experience in cloud environments like Google Cloud or AWS.

- Development and operational experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Docker/Kubernetes.

- Experience designing, developing, and operating MLOps platforms in commercial environments or enterprise systems.

- Experience in system operations design (monitoring, alerts, etc.) assuming production deployment.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in designing, developing, and operating data/analytics platforms using dbt, Snowflake, etc.

- Experience with LLMOps, prompt management, and AI governance.

- Experience designing and operating real-time inference, online Feature Stores, or search/recommendation platforms.

- Experience leading large-scale migrations, renewals, or tech debt resolution for ML/LLM platforms.
