Mobile Application Designer

Job Description This is a remote position. We are a dynamic team committed to building impactful mobile utility applications that provide users with powerful tools for their everyday needs. We are looking for a talented Mobile Application Designer with a keen understanding of performance-based marketing and proven experience in crafting utility apps that stand out in the market. Key Responsibilities: Design Mobile Utility Applications: Collaborate with the product and development teams to create intuitive, high-quality designs for mobile utility apps, with a focus on health-related application . Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to understand the landscape and discover opportunities to innovate and differentiate the product. User-Centered Design: Employ user-centered design principles to ensure optimal user experience, balancing aesthetics with functionality. Prototype and Design Systems: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other standard design tools. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs into functional applications. Optimization for Marketing Campaigns: Design with an understanding of performance-based marketing , ensuring the app is optimized for user acquisition and engagement metrics. Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the design and user experience of the app. Requirements Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Application Designer, with a portfolio showcasing apps . Toolkit Proficiency: Strong skills in Figma , and other design tools. Performance-Based Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of performance-based marketing and how it impacts mobile app design and user flows. Competitor Research: Demonstrated experience in analyzing competitors and leveraging insights to inform design decisions. Industry Knowledge: Experience designing for health-related or utility applications is a plus. Creativity & Problem Solving: Excellent visual design skills combined with a strong sense of how to create user-friendly experiences. Preferred Skills: Experience working with development teams in an Agile environment. Knowledge of mobile design best practices for both iOS and Android platforms. Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams.
