Job Title: Mobile Automation Engineer Job Location: Pennington, NJ (3 Days onsite, 2 days’ work from) hybrid role Job Type: 12 Months contract Position Summary This role requires a strong Mobile Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, Appium, and Shell Scripting . Please focus on candidates with 5+ years of mobile test automation , experience building automation frameworks, Selenium/TestNG , and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket . Experience with Perfecto for mobile automation, performance, and monitoring is highly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Pennington, NJ Primary Skill -Perfecto - Mobile Automation, Performance and Monitoring Secondary Skill -Selenium Required Qualifications Typically requires minimum of 5-7 years of experience. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent Develop and document test UI automation and application framework enhancements in Java + Appium. Java and Shell Scripting is MUST Mobile Test Automation with Appium is a MUST Selenium Test NG Innovative approach to uncover issues during the development phase Implement new testing frameworks for future products and features Participate in code review of standards, procedures, tools, and quality improvement processes Maintain automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features Work closely with Product and Engineering teams 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Testing Manual QA Must have experience in one of the mobile automation tools and frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) Hands on experience in designing and building automation frameworks from scratch or using open-source tools Experience working with various source code and CI/CD management tools e.g. Jenkins, Perforce, Git, Bitbucket Ability to work with limited to no guidance in a team environment. Required to use Co-Pilot Desired Qualifications Experience with continuous integration Unit tests. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
