Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Mnzil's Engineering team builds the digital infrastructure that connects thousands of workforce-housing residents, operators and landlords across Saudi Arabia. This role sits at the heart of our mobile experience, the main surface our customers use every day. As a Mobile Development Engineer specialising in React Native, you will own the development, quality and continuous improvement of our cross-platform app, making sure it is fast, reliable and genuinely delightful to use at scale. This is a remote role for engineers based in Egypt.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on React Native development, with at least one production app shipped to both the App Store and Google Play

• Experience at a product company building and owning a great app (not juggling client projects at a development house)

• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals

• Solid grasp of mobile performance tuning, memory management and debugging tools (Flipper, Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler)

• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs and state management (Redux, Zustand or React Query)

• Familiar with mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Bitrise or similar) and testing (Jest, Detox or similar)

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent depth of knowledge
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship high-quality React Native features for iOS and Android

• Own the full lifecycle of your work, from scoping and architecture to deployment, monitoring and iteration

• Find and fix performance bottlenecks, crashes and UX friction before customers do

• Work closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into clean, maintainable code

• Help set mobile engineering standards, code-review culture and testing practices

• Integrate with backend APIs and design efficient, resilient contracts with backend engineers

• Improve the mobile CI/CD pipeline, release process and developer tooling
