What you will do Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration Write and maintain a full unit test suite Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices Write performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern tools Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent What should my qualifications be? 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers English is at the level B2, both written and spoken, for active communication with native speakers Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cycles Proven track record of owning feature development, from requirements to delivery, with realistic timelines Experience working within Scrum and Agile teams Comfortable writing and maintaining technical and supporting documentation Key Requirements: Strong commercial experience with Flutter and solid proficiency in Dart Deep understanding of cross-platform mobile architecture principles Experience with: State management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or similar) Navigation and complex routing structures Responsive and adaptive UI development across multiple screen sizes Integration of REST APIs and/or GraphQL services Experience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools) Practical experience with App Store and Google Play submission and release processes Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar) Strong understanding of Git-based workflows and version control best practices Nice to Have: Experience with native mobile development Proficiency in native iOS development using Swift Experience integrating Flutter with native code (platform channels, native SDK integrations) Benefits Compensation Package Vacation leave of 20 working days 4 sick days per year Personal Growth Career and professional growth Access to senior engineers for help and mentorship Other Perks Possibility for working remote Macbook provided by company as a working environment Work environment based on collaboration and teams Team building events on team and group level Sponsored company outings and social events
