Mobile Software Developer - (Remote from Colombia)

We are doing big things. Come join us! What you will do: As a Mobile Software Developer, you’ll be an essential part of our International IT team. You’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions, primarily within the Nexus platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business stakeholders, and senior developers, to deliver scalable, maintainable, and robust applications. Design, build, and maintain the company's mobile application across the supported platforms (iOS, Android, or both) Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards Translate designs, wireframes, and product requirements into functional features Implement and consume APIs to connect the app with backend services and third-party integrations Fix bugs, resolve crashes, and address performance and stability issues Monitor app performance and optimize speed, responsiveness, memory use, and battery consumption Write and run unit and integration tests to ensure reliability Keep the app current with new OS versions, device types, and platform requirements Manage the build, release, and deployment process to the App Store and Google Play Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play submission guidelines and policies Handle versioning, rollouts, and post-release monitoring Work with product, design, QA, and backend teams to define and ship features Participate in code reviews, planning, and technical discussions Document technical decisions, architecture, and processes for the team Implement secure coding practices and protect user data Ensure the app meets relevant privacy and data-protection requirements Stay current on mobile development trends, tools, and frameworks Recommend improvements to the app's architecture, codebase, and user experience How you will make an impact: Strong organizational skills and attention to process management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem solving ability. How you will grab our attention: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience from coding bootcamps or certifications). 1-2 years of software development experience. 1-2 years of experience working with mobile platforms.
