Mobile Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop comprehensive test plans. Design and implement automated test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional specifications and user stories. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement. Work closely with developers and product owners to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve software defects. Continuously enhance and optimize automated test suites to ensure maximum test coverage and efficiency. Monitor and report on the progress of automated testing efforts, including defect metrics and test coverage. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in test automation. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the software development process. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to automated testing. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and promote a culture of quality and excellence.
