One thing is sure: Exciting and interesting tasks await you! Support the daily operations of the aftersales team, including follow-up on technical, CRM, and SAP-related tasks. Follow up on invoicing, spare parts planning, stock transfers, service campaigns, service audits, training certifications, and various daily reports to ensure efficient service management. Prepare service bulletins in coordination with the service engineer. Monitor aftersales service performance through defined KPIs and take follow-up actions where necessary. Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a Master's student in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Ability to interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and service manuals. Familiarity with data analysis to support the daily operations of the aftersales team. A results-oriented and analytical mindset. Fluency in English.
