Model Booking Coordinator (Europe)

Yosemite Models is a growing international model agency representing talent across fashion, commercial, and entertainment markets. As we continue expanding across Europe and internationally, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Model Booking Assistant to support our booking team and help manage the coordination behind successful model assignments. You will work closely with our bookers, models, clients, and internal teams — supporting everything from booking coordination and communication to castings, productions, and project execution. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, talent, and creative industries and wants hands-on experience inside a growing international model agency. What You'll Do Support daily booking operations and assist bookers with ongoing assignments. Coordinate communication between clients, casting teams, models, and internal teams. Assist with booking schedules, availability checks, confirmations, and updates. Prepare model submissions, casting materials, and client requirements. Coordinate travel details, call times, production information, and booking logistics. Maintain accurate booking records, calendars, and internal updates. Follow up with clients and models throughout the booking process. Support administrative processes including contracts, invoices, and booking documentation. Help ensure smooth execution of fashion, commercial, and acting projects. What We're Looking For Strong interest in modeling, fashion, entertainment, or creative industries. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Professional communication style and confidence working with talent and clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Fluent English. Additional European languages are a plus. Based in Europe. Nice to Have Previous experience in modeling agencies, casting, talent management, production, or creative industries. Familiarity with booking systems, casting platforms, or talent coordination. Existing interest or connections within fashion, commercial, or entertainment markets.
