Your Responsibilities:

• Presenting job offers and employment opportunities in a clear and engaging way
• Conducting initial phone interviews and screening calls
• Verifying candidate availability, motivation, and basic qualifications
• Updating and maintaining candidate information in the recruitment system
• Ensuring high-quality communication and a positive candidate experience
• Cooperating closely with recruitment consultants and the internal team
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process

Our Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in volume recruitment
• Fluent English (minimum C1); Polish is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
