Introduction
Hi! We’re on the lookout for (More than a) Scrum Master to join our team of +55 problem-solvers in creating great products hand in hand with our abroad-based Clients. But most importantly, we hope to find a true colleague and friend who’ll enjoy facing everyday challenges, striving for technical excellence, and growing together.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Join a development team working directly with one of our overseas Clients on a daily basis and bridging the business and the people.
Act as a guide to one of our self-managing teams. You'll put the right process in place, based on the data that you gather - most of our teams work in Scrum, but you’ll see other Agile frameworks across the company. We believe in the adaptive shaping of our processes as we grow, so you’ll be responsible for applying the methodology and practices that will fit best.
Have a real impact while jumpstarting new projects by setting up an initial process, roles, and ceremonies. You will help find and understand the 'why' behind every piece of product that we build. What's more, you'll observe, detect problems, and guide the team through any rough patches.
Support the team by assessing its needs, removing or preventing impediments, and providing additional support with the daily life of the team. You'll be helping and educating the team and the Client to build a better understanding of Agile standards and best practices.
Foster a trusting environment to cultivate a safe space for learning, where we experiment and explore new solutions and ideas.
Facilitate the team's work - you will be searching for and implementing techniques for effective backlog refining and managing, as well as facilitating the team’s ceremonies (such as daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and planning), and organizing workshops and other team activities.
Shape our culture while working within the Agile Team to ensure a high-performance culture within the entire u2i. You will be fostering the right feedback culture across the whole organization.
