Your First 6 Months

1 Month: Understand team dynamics and align objectives.
3 Months: Establish a daily release cadence and improve observability.
6 Months: Scale infrastructure to meet growing demands and set measurable team goals.

• Proven leadership of web3 infrastructure teams with 5+ engineers.

• Expertise in TypeScript (optional Rust), Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Strong blockchain knowledge and experience designing scalable systems.

• Humility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
