About the Role

At 4Life Wealth Management, we're passionate about helping clients make confident financial decisions. We're looking for a motivated and client-focused Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team in Harrogate.

You'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice, supporting clients throughout their home-buying journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage and protection solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage applications from enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure a seamless process.
• Maintain FCA-compliant records and processes.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience advising on mortgages and protection products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
