We are hiring a relationship-driven Mortgage Broker to work with clients and leads, which are provided through by internal multi-disciplinary teams.

Our client:

Our client prides themselves on a great culture and work life balance.

They are a well-established Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking and Accounting practice (60+ staff) with a national presence.

They are experiencing strong continual growth and looking for a Mortgage Broker to service their existing client base. There is no expectation for you to cold call as all leads are provided.

Role and responsibilities:

• Build relationships and structure smart lending solutions for clients
• Engage with internal financial planning and accounting teams to follow up on leads
• Work closely with administration support team to ensure they are providing the best support for you
• Ensure you are looking after the clients best interest and providing a positive seamless journey
• Keep up to date with bank guidelines and regulations

Experience:

• High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen
• Proven experience settling $4+ million per month
• Great communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
