Role Description The Mortgage Consultant role at All R Loans is a contract, remote position focused on guiding clients through the mortgage application and approval process. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial situations, identifying suitable loan products, and explaining loan structures, terms, and features in clear, accessible language. The Mortgage Consultant will liaise with multiple lenders, collect and verify documentation, manage application submissions, and follow up to ensure timely approvals. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing ongoing updates to clients, and offering exceptional service to build long-term relationships and referrals.

Admin support will be provided to the right candidate.

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, with the ability to interpret and explain complex lending products.
• Experience in Finance and Mortgage Lending, including assessing borrower eligibility and structuring loans to meet client needs.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities when interacting with clients and lenders.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for remote client meetings, documentation, and loan processing.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience as a mortgage broker, loan officer, or similar role is highly beneficial.
• Relevant certifications or licenses required for mortgage consulting in the applicable jurisdiction.
