Mortgage Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Set-up)

Responsibilities:

- Handle approximately 45-60 inbound customer calls per day, with call volume fluctuating based on business needs. Average call duration ranges from 2 to 7 minutes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming mortgage servicing inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.

- Respond to questions related to mortgage payments, escrow accounts, homeowners insurance coverage, and other servicing-related matters.

- Research customer inquiries across multiple systems and accurately document all interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Provide timely, accurate, and professional service while meeting established quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

- Resolve customer concerns by utilizing strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify appropriate solutions.

- Navigate multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive customer experience.

- Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including borrowers, insurance providers, and financial institutions.

- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellent service.

On-site training for the first 45 days, afterwards set-up is Hybrid with 3 days WFH and 2 days on-site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
