What You Will Do: Cultivate and maintain a personal network of referral partners and customers. Generate business through referrals and relationships with individuals, existing clients, and real estate professionals. Accurately complete loan applications (1003) and gather necessary documentation from borrowers. Assess clients' needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products. Negotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring clarity and fairness. Manage loan applications from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved. Foster positive communication with MCF Mortgage's Operations team, ensuring efficient loan processing. Requirements What You Need: A minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience. Active NMLS license(s) or eligibility for Temporary Authority to Operate. Ability to cultivate strong relationships over the phone. Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards. Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines. Strong personal management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience. Exceptional sales skills with a strong drive to achieve and excel.
