New Hampshire Housing’s mission is to promote, finance, and support housing solutions for the people of New Hampshire. We have helped over 55,000 families to achieve homeownership, supported the development of over 16,000 multifamily housing units, and manage thousands of Housing Choice Vouchers each year.

Behind that work is a talented Homeownership team that helps granite staters achieve the dream of homeownership. If you're an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who enjoys guiding loans smoothly from application to underwriting and wants your work to help New Hampshire families achieve homeownership, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll manage mortgage loans from disclosure through underwriting preparation, partnering closely with participating lenders and internal stakeholders to keep loans moving efficiently while maintaining compliance with program and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure borrowers receive timely and accurate disclosures while maintaining compliance with NH Housing programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare loan files for underwriting, ensuring compliance with New Hampshire Housing and agency/insurer guidelines.
  • Serve as a key driver of the loan pipeline, partnering with lenders and internal teams to help borrowers close on time.
  • Act as the main point of contact for participating originators, monitoring emails and phone calls while responding to program and system-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor loan files and documentation continually to identify and complete valid Change of Circumstances requiring redisclosure, within regulatory timeframes to avoid cures.

To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment will be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager.
