Mortgage Loan Processor

We are recruiting a Loan Processor for a growing Australian mortgage broking business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing loan applications from submission through to approval/settlement support. You will support the broker/s and wider team with loan packaging, document checks, lender follow-up, and keeping files moving accurately and on time. What you’ll be doing Review loan application documents for accuracy and completeness Prepare and organise client files prior to submission Follow up clients/brokers for outstanding documents and information Complete data entry and maintain CRM / loan processing systems Check supporting documents against lender requirements and policy Assist with servicing calculators, application packaging, and submission prep Liaise with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, valuers, and other parties as required Track application progress and update notes, statuses, and stakeholders Assist with post-approval / settlement coordination tasks Help ensure files are compliant, complete, and audit-ready About you Strong attention to detail and ability to spot missing or inconsistent information Organised and able to manage multiple files at different stages Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with deadlines and following structured processes Proactive attitude - you don’t wait to be chased to follow things up Confident using CRMs, lender portals, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Experience with Australian mortgage broking systems Experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers Exposure to ApplyOnline, Quickli and mortgage broking CRMs Clear written and verbal English communication skills Proactive attitude - able to follow up clients, lenders, and third parties without being prompted Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop/desktop, quiet workspace) Work from home role Stable full-time opportunity with an Australian client Training and support provided Long-term role with growth potential Work with a professional team and clear processes
