Profile Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Loan Processor, Parabroker, Mortgage Administrator, or similar role within the Australian mortgage and finance industry. Proven experience providing parabroking support, including lender policy analysis, loan structuring, servicing calculations, product comparisons, and submission of complex lending scenarios. Strong understanding of Australian mortgage lending practices, lender policies, NCCP legislation, responsible lending obligations, and the end-to-end loan application process. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and other key stakeholders. Proficiency using Australian mortgage CRM and loan lodgement platforms such as Mercury Nexus, ApplyOnline, MyCRM, FLEX, or similar industry-standard software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial documentation, identify potential credit risks, and recommend suitable lending solutions. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines. High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering outstanding client service. Core responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end processing of residential and commercial loan applications, ensuring all files progress efficiently from initial submission through to formal approval and settlement. Review and verify client documentation, including income, liabilities, assets, and supporting financial records, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and compliant with lender requirements. Prepare, package, and submit high-quality loan applications by completing servicing calculations, compiling supporting documentation, and presenting applications in line with lender policies. Provide comprehensive parabroking support by assessing lending scenarios, interpreting lender credit policies, recommending suitable loan structures, and assisting brokers with complex applications. Liaise daily with clients, mortgage brokers, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and valuers to coordinate documentation, manage expectations, and facilitate timely loan progression. Proactively manage loan pipelines by monitoring application milestones, following up outstanding conditions, resolving issues, and ensuring agreed turnaround times are consistently achieved. Ensure every loan application complies with Australian lending regulations, NCCP requirements, responsible lending obligations, and internal compliance procedures prior to submission. Maintain accurate records within CRM and loan management systems while delivering a high standard of customer service and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the loan process.
