Successful candidate is responsible for support mortgage operational initiatives, appraisal management activities, technology-related projects, and credit union onboarding efforts across the division. Serve as a key resource for appraisal administration, workflow coordination, operational support, and special projects. Work closely with the Mortgage Operations & Technology Manager to improve efficiencies, support business growth, and ensure the successful execution of departmental initiatives.

Ideal candidate will have at least two years of mortgage, financial services, operations or related experience.

Strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in mortgage technology platforms, including Encompass and related applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities, support operational initiatives, and maintain effective relationships with employees, vendors, and business partners. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid remote work position. Required to work in the Albany, NY office.
