About the Role We are looking for a high-ownership Motion Designer to bring our platform to life through ultra-premium product UI animations and feature reveals, while also editing raw UGC footage into high-converting paid social ads. You will focus heavily on creating hyper-realistic, fluid UI animations directly from design files, making our software look incredibly premium and intuitive. If you have an obsession with perfect easing, smooth micro-interactions, and can seamlessly blend high-end SaaS product styling with native, message-driven social video layouts, you will thrive here. What You'll Do Premium Product UI Motion: Transform static user interface designs into ultra-fluid, Apple-tier product animations and feature reveals. You will own the presentation of our app and desktop workflows, ensuring every transition, cursor movement, and screen state feels flawless and visually sophisticated across marketing channels. UGC & Social Ad Editing: Edit raw creator footage into high-converting Meta and TikTok ads, slicing alternate hooks, adding pacing edits, and applying dynamic captions. Performance Iteration: Partner directly with the performance marketing team to review ad data. You will quickly swap out underperforming hooks, test different visual variants, and iterate based on real ad account metrics to keep creative fresh. Systems & Templates: Build and maintain a reusable library of lower-thirds, text styles, transitions, and brand assets to maximize asset production velocity. What You'll Bring Dual Design & Editing Skillset: 2+ years of professional experience blending high-end custom motion graphics with video editing, specifically for B2B SaaS or tech brands. Post-Production Fluency: Expert mastery of Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the ability to cleanly extract software UI components into your motion timelines. Mastery of Fluid Motion: A portfolio showcasing world-class SaaS product animations with flawless easing curves, custom path animations, and premium pacing. You know how to make software interactions look beautiful, not just functional, and you can comfortably cut raw creator footage for high retention and matching audio beats. Production Speed: A fast-moving approach to editing that allows you to rapidly export asset variations and iteration tweaks based on performance data. AI Tool Integration: Active enthusiasm for leveraging modern AI video tools (like smart tracking, audio cleaning, or auto-captioning) to speed up your daily pipeline output. Bonus Points You have a deep personal passion for fitness, athletics, or health optimization. Familiarity with production workflow tools like Frame.io, Artlist, or ElevenLabs.
