Permanent Mid-Weight Motion & Social Designer Role - Hybrid Central London

Salary: £40,000 (potentially slightly more DOE)

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the studio — Wednesday & Thursday Permanent

Freelance role is Remote UK

I’m currently recruiting for a Midweight Motion & Social Designer to join an established, employee-owned creative studio working with a roster of global consumer brands.

I am looking for Design candidates who has Conceptual and editorial digital graphics creative experience for Static and Motion Design.

If you’re conceptually strong, culturally switched-on and passionate about creative, this could be a great opportunity to work across exciting brands and create work designed for modern, Gen Z-aware audiences.

The Role

You’ll create standout Digital creative across static, interactive and motion, working from brief through to delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

Social and digital advertising creative

Static, interactive, collage and editorial-style assets

Video content, from cutdowns to more technical executions such as rotoscoping

On-brand lifestyle content using GenAI

Managing multiple brands and projects to tight deadlines

Working closely with Creative Leads and clients

What They’re Looking For

- Strong portfolio with Gen Z-focused and culturally relevant work

- Experience in social, digital advertising and consumer brands

- Strong visual design skills, particularly collage/editorial style

- Confident Photoshop & After Effects skills

- Figma / GenAI experience is a plus, with 3D / Cinema 4D a bonus.
