Job Description:

Cyber RT is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & 3D Video Animator with 2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, video production, or digital marketing content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and professional 2D and 3D animated videos, motion graphics, product videos, promotional content, and short-form social media content. The selected candidate will work closely with the Marketing & Design team to transform scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into high-quality visual stories aligned with Cyber RT's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create professional 2D and 3D animated marketing videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop motion graphics, transitions, typography, visual effects, and 3D animations.
• Create engaging product and feature videos for cybersecurity, privacy, and technology solutions.
• Develop company branding, promotional, and corporate videos aligned with established brand guidelines.
• Convert scripts, creative briefs, and concepts into engaging visual stories and animations.
• Create storyboards and contribute creative ideas for video concepts and campaigns.
• Edit and enhance video content, animations, existing footage, and promotional materials.
• Create short-form content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Design team on concepts, storyboards, campaigns, and content calendars.
• Maintain consistency in branding, visual quality, typography, colors, layouts, and animation styles.
• Maintain organized project files, source files, 3D assets, animation files, and final exports.
• Stay updated with current motion design, 3D animation, video production, and social media content trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation, Video Production, or Digital Marketing Content.

- Hands-on experience in 3D modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering.

- Good understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

- Apply appropriate visual effects, transitions, sound synchronization, and pacing to enhance video quality.

- Must have Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Blender skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience creating videos for technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B companies.

- Experience creating product explainer videos and technology-focused animations.

- Knowledge of additional 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Maya.

- Experience with video content optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- A strong professional portfolio is mandatory.
