Key Responsibilities
- Independently translate requirements and ideas into user-friendly and modern UI/UX designs.
- Design web and mobile application interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive screens for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Review existing designs and identify opportunities for UI/UX improvements.
- Maintain consistency across layouts, typography, colors, components, and design systems.
- Create logos, icons, banners, certificates, PDFs, presentations, and other visual materials as required.
- Prepare organized, developer-ready Figma files with proper specifications and assets.
- Handle design revisions and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Manage multiple design tasks independently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Communicate directly with the product/development team when clarification is required.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience designing mobile applications and responsive web applications.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, usability, and responsive design.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, color, and layout.
- Experience creating logos, certificates, PDFs, and other business/marketing materials.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned design tasks.
- Email template design experience.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand requirements and make appropriate design decisions without needing step-by-step direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX work.
- Good communication and ability to work remotely in a part-time capacity.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, dashboards, and business applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining Figma design systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into development.
