Motion Graphics Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphics Designer and Motion Graphics Designer to join our internal team at AirBase. In this role, you’ll combine strong graphic design skills with short-form animation expertise to shape the digital presence of leading health brands. You’ll create impactful visual assets—both static and animated—across web, social, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong portfolio spanning both design and video content. Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity Develop and evolve brand visual identity across all platforms. Ensure consistency in look, feel, and messaging in every design. Digital Asset Creation Design a wide range of digital assets: web graphics, infographics, icons, presentation decks, email templates, ads, and more. Produce original illustrations and data visualizations to simplify complex concepts. Video & Animation Create short-form animated videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and web. Edit and animate assets to fit various platforms and formats. Collaboration & Process Work with content, marketing, and subject experts to bring ideas to life visually. Present creative concepts and deliverables clearly to the team and stakeholders. Maintain organized design files and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. Quality & Optimization Ensure all assets are optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and high performance. Stay current with design, animation, and video trends. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video animation. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and short-form animated content. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Hands-on experience designing for web, mobile, and major social platforms. Ability to create engaging visuals, animations, and video stories for diverse audiences. Familiarity with video editing/animation tools and optimizing assets for social channels. Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field preferred. Bonus Points For: Experience in health, wellness, or tech industries. Skills in Canva, Sketch, or additional design/animation tools.
