About AI4LYF
AI4LYF is an international syndicate of companies dedicated to transforming reactive "sick care" into proactive health care through innovations in AI, connectivity and biosensing. Our vision is to change how billions of people manage their health, with personalised, science-backed solutions. With operations across the US, UK and Pakistan, we offer mentorship from pioneering technologists and clinical innovators, and growth opportunities uncommon in the regional market.
The role
We are looking for a motion graphics designer and video producer who can turn scientific ideas, software and healthcare workflows into polished, high-end explainer videos for senior professional audiences.
This role is fully digital: no cameras, studio shoots or actors. You will work from our scripts and build videos from app screens, motion graphics, kinetic typography, stock footage, AI voice and AI-generated presenters and scenes.
What you will do
● Explainer and product videos. Produce 30-second to 5-minute videos: product walk-throughs, educational explainers and presentation videos.
● Product and UI animation. Animate app screens in After Effects, working from Figma files where they exist and from raw phone screenshots and screen recordings where they do not.
● Rebuild and track UI. Extract, slice, mask or recreate interface elements from screenshots and recordings, and track them onto device mock-ups.
● Make complex ideas simple. Turn data, AI and biological concepts into clear 2D/3D motion graphics, diagrams and kinetic typography.
● AI-assisted production. Use AI tools for presenters and avatars, voice-over, lip-sync, generated scenes, b-roll and upscaling, and blend them seamlessly with motion graphics.
● Own the finish. Storyboard from the script, then deliver sound design, colour, captions and renders in every format we need.
What you bring
● A portfolio that shows it. At least 3 years of motion graphics, with a reel of tech or product explainers, UI animation and kinetic typography. Reels made up only of weddings, vlogs or social-media edits will not be considered.
● Tools. Expert After Effects and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve); Illustrator; screen tracking (Mocha or After Effects tracker); Figma-to-After Effects workflows. Hands-on use of AI video and voice tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Kling, Veo or ElevenLabs.
● Understanding. You can read a script about science or technology, grasp the idea, ask the right questions, and choose visuals that make it clear to senior professionals — without frame-by-frame direction.
● English. Strong written and spoken English.
● Taste. A clean, minimal, high-trust style, as seen in leading technology and health-innovation brands.
● Remote readiness. Your own workstation that runs After Effects smoothly, reliable internet with power backup, and at least 3–4 hours of overlap with UK working hours.
Nice to have
● Health, science or B2B software explainer experience; basic 3D (Blender or Cinema 4D) for device renders.
