  • Lead application of MVDA methodologies, including process monitoring, fault detection, root cause analysis, and process characterization.
  • Support development and implementation of Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions across drug substance and drug product manufacturing platforms.
  • Analyze complex manufacturing, quality, laboratory, and process data to identify optimization opportunities and support technical investigations.
  • Design and execute advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling initiatives that improve business and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with site MSAT teams to support technology transfers, process validation, continued process verification, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Provide technical leadership for model governance, validation, deployment, performance monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop technical documentation including protocols, reports, work instructions, and procedures supporting the use of analytical and modeling solutions within GMP environments.
  • Partner with Digital, Automation, IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering organizations to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of analytics solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data science, artificial intelligence, process analytics, digital manufacturing, and pharmaceutical process monitoring.
