Description

Join a fast-paced, 24/7 contact center environment where you'll serve as the first point of contact for members. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and financial service needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to member inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Educating members on available products and services to help meet their financial goals.
• Processing transactions and servicing accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other financial products.
• Navigating multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilizing active listening and problem-solving skills to deliver a positive member experience.
• Building rapport with members and identifying opportunities to enhance their relationship with the organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
