Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts, networking, and community events to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a professional, distraction-free workspace during working hours. Be prepared for scheduled and reasonably requested video calls and meetings with customers and team members, maintaining professional standards while representing the agency.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Consistently reach monthly goals to assist in achieving office objectives

Qualifications:
- Hunter Mindset
- Prior experience in multiline insurance sales
- Life insurance sales background a must
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently
- Networking
- "Win the Day" attitude
- Must possess TX P&C and Life/Health general lines insurance licenses.
- Goal oriented
- Bilingual preferred
This is a remote position.
