M. ROSENFELD is a European e-commerce company. For over 7 years we have exported branded hookah products to the US, Canada, Europe and Japan. Amazon and Shopify are our main sales channels today, and we’re growing into new marketplaces.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Multichannel E-commerce Manager who can turn a new marketplace into a steady source of profit. You crunch the numbers first, then launch, then scale. You don’t stop at uploading listings; you see each channel through to real results.

You’ll launch and grow sales on Allegro, Temu, Walmart and other international platforms, and develop our own online store.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess the potential of new sales channels and model the economics of each launch.
• Launch new marketplaces and grow the existing ones.
• Manage assortment, product listings, pricing and promotion.
• Set up integrations, inventory sync and order processing.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, design and finance.
• Own sales growth, margins and profitability for your channels.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience launching and growing sales on international marketplaces.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, advertising, logistics and returns.
• Ability to run a channel on your own, from first assessment to stable sales.
• Proven results. Please tell us in your application which channels you’ve launched, how fast, and what numbers you achieved.
• English: Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience growing your own online store.
• Experience selling or dropshipping on Amazon and eBay.
• Experience with international or European companies.
