Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist | Remote or Hybrid | Bulgaria

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the position and project, your responsibilities may include:

• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships;
• Experience in customer support, technical support, account management, customer success, sales support or back-office operations is an advantage;
• For technical support roles: ability to troubleshoot issues, guide users through solutions and work with technical systems or software;
• For account management roles: experience managing client portfolios, handling renewals, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and supporting client retention.
• Good computer literacy and confidence working with CRM systems and other digital tools;
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Dutch, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish;
• Good command of English (В2), depending on the position;
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with digital tools;
• Customer-oriented attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn;
• Previous experience in customer support, administration or business services is an advantage, depending on the role.
