Job Description
This is a remote position.
Who We Are: Evergreen Investments aims to ensure that every dollar invested in a home has a robust return attached. We’re excited to provide homeowners and investors with access to a suite of services that help determine their risk, rewards, and opportunities inherent to ownership using investment principles. Duties/ Responsibilities: -Multimedia specialists design and create IT-based multimedia products such as website pages and videos that combine text with sounds, pictures, graphics, video clips, virtual reality and digital animation. -Provide visual content generation related to still photography/videography editing and production, instructional graphics, user interface, story development and production, and scriptwriting. -Support on-camera interviews -Digital video conversion from one file format to another -Color correction and processing of print and informational imagery. -Provide project management expertise. -Responsible for maintaining and upgrading technical skills necessary to upload and alter graphics that best-fit marketing or website applications. -Provide multi-media, instructional materials, video production, photographs, photo captions, video descriptions, social media content, articles, audiovisual presentations, video news releases, “b-roll” video clips, and videotaping in support of communication products and services and that supports the intended function and is engaging as required. Generate reports on the delivery and use of these products/services.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in visual communications or similar discipline from an accredited college or university. Experience in video and still photography for internal/external communication products Must have experience in photography captured in a journalistic style in digital format Must have experience in writing in both traditional Word and PowerPoint formats. Projects portfolio or any previous work portfolio required, please include it in application. Availability: Office Hours Mondays to Thursdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours can be flexible based on class schedules and availability. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
