Sessions are offered in the evening and on weekends as needed, giving families the flexibility they need. The team works together to provide 24/7 phone support to clients as they work daily to change their dynamics Work directly within the family’s environment, building stronger engagement and better outcomes. MST recognizes that families have many strengths they can leverage to solve their own problems and that they can achieve change quickly Manageable Caseload & Focused Care Serve only 4-6 families at a time, so you can focus on making a real impact without feeling overwhelmed. No Medicaid restrictions—our treatment and documentation is driven by client needs, not insurance guidelines. Dynamic Work Experience From using cognitive behavioral therapy to family systems theory, you’ll get to use a wide range of clinical skills. Partner with schools, probation officers, and other community members to create holistic solutions for families. Our short treatment window (3-5 months) helps you see fast, tangible results—and prevents burnout. What You’ll Need A master’s degree in a mental health field. At least 2 years of experience working with families (community-based work preferred). A valid New York driver’s license and reliable transportation.
