We're adding a National Account Manager to our Sales team in California — a hunter who knows the off-premise retail landscape, has the distributor relationships to back it up, and gets fired up about putting brands on shelves where consumers can find them. You'll own a defined call list of local, regional, and national accounts across Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug — and you'll be the channel expert in your Division, driving placements, programming, and performance across our brand portfolio. This isn't a maintenance role. We want someone who wants to win. What You'll Do Own and grow a defined account list across large and small format off-premise retail Drive new placements and program sell-in across Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug Build and leverage strong buyer and distributor relationships to move the needle Be the go-to channel expert within your Sales Division Increase availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori Partner with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to bring programs to life in market Travel Field-based role. Some travel within the regional market area will be required, along with limited travel for company meetings. Requirements What We're Looking For A track record of winning — new placements, strong sell-in, real results Deep experience in National or Regional Account Management in beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol Established buyer and distributor relationships in the California market Fluency in off-premise retail — Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, market-facing environment — not despite it Skills & Experience That Set You Apart Off-premise retail account management (large and small format) Buyer and distributor relationship management New distribution and placement execution Program sell-in and promotional planning U.S. three-tier distribution system knowledge Beer and/or RTD category expertise Strong analytical and presentation skills Salary Description $110-130K
