National Account Representative

Fully Remote | National Sales | Business Development | Strategic Account Management

Build Relationships. Win National Accounts. Drive Growth. Build Your Career.

Capstone ISG is looking for a driven, accomplished, and relationship-focused National Account Representative to help expand our national footprint, develop strategic business partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who knows how to identify opportunities, open doors with key decision makers, negotiate profitable business relationships, and turn new prospects into long-term clients.

We are looking for a self-starter with a competitive mindset, strong business development skills, and a proven ability to deliver results. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing new business, managing high-value national accounts, presenting to executive-level decision makers, and collaborating with internal teams to support continued company growth.

The position is fully remote, offering the flexibility of working from home while managing national sales initiatives and client relationships. Candidates must be available to work during standard Eastern Time Zone business hours. National travel, including occasional overnight stays, is required.

WHY JOIN CAPSTONE ISG?

We believe in rewarding performance, investing in our employees, and creating opportunities for long-term professional success.

Our benefits package includes:

  • Competitive salary with annual raises.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • Life insurance.
  • Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays.
  • Fitness membership reimbursement.
  • Company-paid training and continuing education.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

National Sales & Business Development

  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and execute strategic national sales initiatives targeting priority accounts, industries, and geographic markets.
  • Drive new business acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion across existing and emerging territories.
  • Identify, research, prospect, and pursue high-value business opportunities throughout the United States.
  • Develop strategic prospecting, networking, and follow-up strategies to generate qualified leads and convert prospects into profitable accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new revenue streams.
  • Consistently pursue and achieve established sales and business development objectives.

Strategic National Account Management

  • Develop, manage, and grow strategic national accounts through proactive relationship management and exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision makers, key stakeholders, and national clients.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations, client meetings, and business reviews tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Evaluate, present, and negotiate business agreements, pricing structures, handling guidelines, claim volumes, service expectations, and performance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships, improve account performance, and maximize long-term profitability.
  • Develop customized solutions that meet client objectives while supporting company growth.

Sales Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Operations team to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential territory expansion.
  • Represent Capstone ISG at regional and national industry conferences, networking events, and client functions.
  • Coordinate strategic client entertainment and relationship-building activities with key accounts and decision makers.
  • Assist with recruiting additional sales personnel as business growth and expansion opportunities arise.
  • Participate in field sales training and mentoring for new Regional Account Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect pipelines, sales activities, account development, and revenue reporting.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in regional account management, national account sales, business development, or a comparable B2B sales position.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, developing new business, and growing existing accounts.

  • Strong experience preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to senior-level decision makers.
  • Ability to evaluate, present, and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, service expectations, and client agreements.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, sales pipeline management, and structured prospect follow-up processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
  • Ability to travel nationally, including overnight stays, as required.
  • Valid driver's license.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys the challenge of winning new business and building lasting client relationships.

You bring:
