Commercial Security | Hourly Position | Local & Travel Opportunities

We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians to join our National Accounts Commercial Security Installation Team.

This is an hourly-paid position — NOT commission-based. There are no upselling requirements, or expectations to sell additional equipment. Our design team determines the scope of each project, and your responsibility is to install the equipment specified on the work order.

This is a hybrid local and travel position. You'll support commercial installations in your assigned market when work is available and travel to other locations when additional coverage is needed.

Travel is a regular part of this position, including overnight and occasional multi-week assignments.

We install CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other commercial low-voltage security systems. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to learn.

What You'll Do

• Install commercial CCTV, access control, intrusion, and low-voltage systems

• Pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling

• Install cameras, card readers, control panels, and related equipment

• Follow established work orders, installation plans, and scopes of work

• Troubleshoot installation issues and communicate project updates

• Complete installation documentation and project closeouts

• Maintain professional workmanship and customer interactions

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Willing and able to travel regularly

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts

• Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently or with a team

• Willing to learn new technologies and installation methods

• Previous low-voltage, security, electrical, or construction experience is a plus
