What you’ll do As our National Manager - People & Culture , you'll: Help leaders build engaged, inclusive and high-performing teams Lead a national team and build excellent People & Culture support practices. Navigate complex people matters and workplace change Turn big-picture workforce strategy into practical outcomes Support organisational change, workforce planning and leadership capability What you’ll bring Significant experience leading high-performing HR/P&C functions Experience within a disability, community services, health or aged care environment Expertise across ER, IR, workforce strategy and organisational development. Values based leadership and passion for developing people Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business outcomes. (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
