As National Manager, you'll lead the next chapter of Repco Authorised Service (RAS) and NexDrive , influencing the future direction of two nationally recognised brands while helping our members build stronger, more profitable and more successful businesses. What you'll be responsible for: Reporting to the General Manager Trade, you'll lead the RAS and NexDrive networks across Australia, where you will: Set the strategic direction and growth agenda for both networks Strengthen member engagement and the overall value proposition Develop commercially aligned programs that support member success Lead and develop a high-performing team Build strong relationships with workshop owners, industry partners and key stakeholders Deliver sustainable commercial growth and business performance What you'll bring: Experience leading a franchise, member-based, dealer, licensed or multi-site network Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams The ability to influence, engage and build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups A customer-focused mindset with a passion for growth and continuous improvement Automotive aftermarket experience will be highly regarded.
