National Taft Hartley / Multiemployer Sales Director
Build a national market. Create trusted relationships. Accelerate growth.
Fully Remote - United States
Majesco is looking for an experienced Taft Hartley and multiemployer sales professional to accelerate growth across our Pension & Retirement business. This is an opportunity to shape our national go-to-market strategy, build relationships across the market, and create new opportunities for Majesco’s pension, health & welfare, and claims solutions.
About the Role
Majesco is seeking a National Taft Hartley/Multiemployer Sales Director to accelerate growth across the Taft Hartley and multiemployer market within our Pension & Retirement business.
This role will develop and execute a national go-to-market strategy for pension, health & welfare, and claims solutions serving Taft Hartley funds, union-sponsored benefit plans, plan administrators, and related stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a consultative, market-facing sales leader who understands the operating realities of multiemployer benefit funds and can build trusted relationships with trustees, fund executives, administrators, consultants, and technology partners. You will create new opportunities, shape complex enterprise pursuits, and connect customer priorities to measurable business value through Majesco’s solutions.
What You Will Do
Your impact will come from building the market, creating pipeline, and converting complex opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
- Build and execute a national multiemployer sales strategy aligned to Pension & Retirement growth objectives, target segments, ideal customer profiles, and annual revenue goals.
- Create qualified pipeline across pension, health & welfare, and claims opportunities by developing relationships with funds, administrators, consultants, advisors, and industry influencers.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from market development and discovery through solution alignment, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Establish credibility with trustees, fund managers, executive directors, third-party administrators, and other senior buying stakeholders by demonstrating a clear understanding of Taft Hartley business needs.
- Translate customer challenges—including fragmented administration, legacy technology, process inefficiency, member experience, reporting, compliance, and claims complexity—into compelling solution and value narratives.
- Lead complex pursuits in partnership with Business Solutions Consulting, Product, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations. Develop account and pursuit strategies, maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, represent Majesco at relevant industry events, and bring market intelligence back to the business to inform future growth.
What You Bring
You combine deep knowledge of the Taft Hartley/multiemployer market with a track record of creating pipeline and leading complex enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise software, technology-enabled services, or benefits administration solutions to the Taft Hartley multiemployer market, with typically 10 or more years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, consulting, or a closely related client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of the operating model, stakeholders, terminology, and buying process associated with Taft Hartley and multiemployer benefit funds, with the ability to engage credibly with trustees, fund administrators, executive directors, consultants, brokers, technology leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
- A track record of creating pipeline in a specialized or relationship-driven market—not only converting opportunities already in motion—and carrying and delivering against a strategic sales target in a complex B2B environment.
- Experience leading multi-year, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, formal procurement, RFPs, business cases, and executive approvals.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect customer needs to measurable outcomes, including operational efficiency, service quality, member experience, risk reduction, and cost management.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills, along with experience coordinating cross-functional teams without relying solely on formal authority.
- Consistent use of CRM, forecasting, account planning, and sales methodology disciplines, with a self-directed, collaborative, and outcomes-oriented approach suited to a national remote sales role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, retirement services, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered. Ability to travel nationally as business needs require.
Bonus Points
Additional experience across the broader retirement and benefits technology ecosystem will help you make an impact quickly.
- Experience selling pension administration, health & welfare administration, claims administration, member portals, or related insurance and retirement technology.
- Familiarity with Majesco, Vitech, or comparable insurance and retirement technology platforms.
- Experience working with Product, Implementation, Services, or Customer Success teams to shape enterprise solutions.
- Experience presenting at industry conferences, trustee education sessions, and/or executive forums.
Why Join Us
