Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: At Pentoz, we’re creating cutting-edge mobile platforms that span industries—from SaaS to hospitality, fintech to recruitment. As a NativeScript Developer, you’ll be building powerful, native mobile applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular/Vue, all while harnessing NativeScript’s true native access. You will work on high-impact products with full control over mobile UI, performance, and platform-specific functionality—all from a unified codebase. You Will Be Responsible For: Mobile App Development: Creating full-featured native apps for iOS and Android using NativeScript CLI, Core, and NativeScript with Angular or Vue. Code Reusability & Architecture: Designing scalable, modular codebases that maximize reuse while maintaining native performance and flexibility. Native Access: Integrating platform APIs using JavaScript and bridging to native Android/iOS SDKs as needed (camera, file system, geolocation, etc.). UI/UX Excellence: Crafting pixel-perfect UI with NativeScript’s layout system and ensuring cross-platform design consistency. Third-Party Integration: Working with plugins, REST APIs, Firebase, and custom modules to build robust, connected apps. Testing & Optimization: Ensuring app stability, debugging across platforms, and optimizing for memory usage and load time. This Role Is For You If: You have 2–5+ years of experience in NativeScript development. You’re strong in JavaScript, TypeScript, and either Angular, Vue, or Svelte. You’ve built and deployed production-level mobile apps for both Android and iOS. You understand native platform concepts like lifecycle, permissions, and device APIs. You’re passionate about open-source tools and high-performance mobile tech.
