What you will do

• Design and ship agent / LLM features for Aether OS and other products
• Own evaluation, safety rails, and latency budgets
• Integrate models into real product workflows
• Document patterns the rest of the lab can reuse
  
  

What you bring

• Hands-on LLM / agent application experience
• Python and/or TypeScript production skills
• Respect for reliability, cost, and user trust
• Ability to explain trade-offs clearly
  
  

Nice to have

• RAG systems
• Fine-tuning
• MLOps basics
• Product sense
