Infinity Care Partners offers the Clinfinity NCLEX Success Program, a structured preparation pathway designed for qualified international nurses pursuing a career in the United States.

What the Program Includes

• NCLEX Preparation & Coaching – Access to guided study resources, educational support, and coaching to help you prepare for the NCLEX-RN exam.
  

• One-Time NCLEX Exam Attempt – Eligible participants receive coverage for one NCLEX exam attempt in accordance with program guidelines.
  

• Dedicated Program Support – Work with experienced team members who provide guidance and accountability throughout your preparation journey.
  

• Direct-Hire Opportunities – Candidates who successfully complete program requirements and pass the NCLEX may be considered for direct-hire placements with U.S. healthcare employers.
  

• EB-3 Immigration Guidance – Qualified candidates moving forward with employment receive support throughout the employment-based immigration process.
  

Important Information

The Clinfinity NCLEX Success Program is application-based and has limited enrollment. Admission is competitive and may include eligibility screening, assessments, and participation requirements. Program benefits are subject to applicable terms and conditions, and NCLEX exam sponsorship is limited to one sponsored exam attempt per accepted participant.

Requirements

• Eligibility Requirements:
  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Transcript of Record
    

  • Minimum of 2 years of current bedside nursing experience
    

  • Strong English communication skills
    

  • Commitment to completing the NCLEX and relocating to the U.S.
    

  • Resume with an attached passport photo
    

  • Nursing License (Not less than 6 months to expiration date)
    

  • Passport (Not less than a year to expiration date
    

  • Birth certificate
    

  • Current letter of employment
