The Neighborhood Design Center (NDC) is seeking free-lance and small businesses for various community engagement and design services. This is an open call for mission-aligned individuals and local firms who would like to be considered for periodic project work. Work with NDC NDC is Maryland's oldest design center. the organization was founded in 1968 in Baltimore City and opened an office in Prince George's County in 1993. The staff and volunteers of NDC are integral partners for community initiated design projects and a convener of placemakers.
